Transfer play points from old account to new account
Suppose you have a Google Play account where you earn Play Points regularly. If you recently change your country or create a new Google Payments account and set it as your default, then delete or close the old one, your Play Points will disappear immediately. Since the points were linked to the old payment account, they won’t be returned. Google Help clearly mentions that you won’t see any points or the Play Points option if that happens.
Now, how can you get them back?
First, find out which country you started using Play Points in. To do this, go to pay.google.com and link same old account that have play points. Now you will see this interface and Click on three bar at top left corner
Then click on settings
Then click on Payments Profile
Now you can see from which country your old account linked with play points.
Even if you’re now in a country where Play Points aren’t available, you can still see this info.
For example, if your old Play account was registered in France, you need to create a new Play account with the same country settings (France in this case).
If you don't live in France right now you can use a VPN of France location and then create a new Gmail account using VPN and then follow the procedure using Same VPN. Don't disconnect VPN under this process.
To join Play Points in that country using a vpn, create new Gmail account using required country location vpn, sign in it on play store and go to play points option from play store profile menu
Then click "Join for free" and add a card.
It can be a temporary card. For instance, I used a temporary card , as I’m in the United States. After joining, your old Play Points should come back, even if you don’t get a confirmation email like this.
Make sure to create the new account with the same country where you originally earned Play Points, as the trick only works if the country matches. I repeat if you don't live in that country now you can use a VPN and then create a new Gmail account using VPN and then follow the procedure using Same VPN. Don't disconnect VPN under this process. After success You can then delete your old payment profiles from other countries. Keep only the profile for the country that had Play Points.
Finally, refresh the Play Store, and you should see your old points restored. I’ve shared this trick because it worked for me, and I hope it helps others!
